Led by expert guides, groups will journey across coastal tidal pools or stroll through wooded forests and prairies in search of seasonal delights such as fungi, berries and edible greens. The journey will conclude at the property with a curated tasting, showcasing how fresh, local ingredients are crafted into delicious, seasonal dishes by the Coast Kitchen culinary team.
· Spring Alpine Yurt Dinner: This spring season, guests can enjoy an intimate meal in a private heated Yurt, decorated with fur accents and pine, and a specially curated menu featuring seasonal flavors and glasses of Roederer Brut Champagne. Tickets are $125 per person, and yurts can accommodate groups of up to six people.
