This Israeli Cab Franc is clean, well-made, tight and focused. The nose offers black raspberry and tobacco on the nose. Black currant, black cherry, tobacco, and a hint of tar hit the palate together. On the mid-palate there is a to red fruits, with raspberry and cranberry joining the cherry. Mint and tobacco linger in the background. Tannins have a light grip. Drink with lamb. Recommended. 88 points.
