The color is very pretty, light, bright, and garnet. The nose shows dusty cherries on leather. The palate shows cherries with mesquite smoke, graphite, then tart cherry-rhubarb, with firm tannins and very fresh acidity. Feel free to pair this with anything from pizza to burgers, but it would be just as comfortable on a table at home with a New York Strip and a loaded baked potato. Good wine, great price, buy this one by the case. Highly Recommended. 90 points.
