The color is a pale bright yellow. The nose is very pleasant, with offering a blend of tropical and citrus fruits, mango and grapefruit, with toasted sweet rolls in the background. The Sauvignon Blanc leads on the palate with white grapefruit and fresh-cut grass. Honeysuckle shows on the mid-palate, followed by a fleeting graham cracker taste. Minerality runs through from attack through finish. Drink with seared scallops. At this price point this is a by-the-case buy and is Recommended (88). DH
