What a difference a day makes! I opened this wine one evening and it was somewhat light and simple on the palate. There was a citric underlay to its medium body: a nice wine. Twenty-four hours later I took it out of the fridge and let it warm up for a few minutes—and it had somehow turned into a great wine! The wine was more subtle and it had developed classic Burgundian characteristics, very Meursault-like in its complexity. Layers of flavors and aromas included hints of tropicality and almonds, too. An amazing improvement. Highly Recommended. Recommended. BSE
