Huge, tannic, incredibly young for its age, this is a meat lover’s wine. The nose is deep, dark, showing plum, tar, licorice, and tobacco. Huge tannins run throughout a layered palate with plum, licorice, and tar, with black cherry showing the mid-palate. Nothing short of a ribeye could possibly tame this lovely beast. Highly Recommended. 92 Points.
