Good lord, this was good. If fresh and clean had an aroma and a taste–it would be this wine. Amazing wet snow, mineral, and stone aromas, with some leafing out and citrus aspects. Then the wine was crisp and citrusy, very refreshing without being at all fruit-laden. My first from this producer, but not my last.

A simple, acid-driven white, it opened with lemon -lime and a crisp streak of acid. As it got warmer pineapple became predominant. This is a simple, inexpensive, regional wine, of interest primarily as a unusual curiosity.
