Lustau Península Palo Cortado

Medium-light amber color. Medium intensity aromas of candied nuts, amaretto, caramel, figs, and honey. Dry on the palate, medium body, medium acidity, and flavors of candied almonds, dried citrus, honey, and burnt sugar; long off-dry finish. Match with mushroom or wild game pâtés. Highly recommended.

Lustau Emilín Moscatel

Medium mahogany color. Medium intensity aromas of dried grapes, flowers, dried fruit, citrus zest, and raisins. Sweet on the palate, medium body, medium-low acidity, and flavors of overripe grapes, grape candy, baked raisins, candied lemon, flowers, and honey; medium sweet finish. Make a reduction with this wine and diced figs for an incredible ice cream topping. Recommended.

Lustau Jarana Light Fino

Water-light straw yellow color. Medium intensity aromas of toasted almont, burnt wood, smoke, flint, pine nuts, and wool. Dry on the palate, light body, medium-low acidity, and light flavors of almonds, minerality, and chalk; dry medium finish. Pair with olives or fare containing lots of fresh herbs. Recommended.
