Aromas of honeysuckle and magnolia roll up in waves from the glass. This is a lovely wine at a very moderate price. Highly Rated. 92 points.

An interesting wine, one that changes significantly with its temperature. Chilled, it leads with white flowers and lychee, trending to Meyer lemon on the mid-palate, all with an underlying pear. Acids are light, residual sugar evident, but all pleasantly so. Let it get a bit closer to room temperature, though, and it changes. The nose is a little toasty, with apples and a touch of gasoline in the background. On the palate, baked apple and sweet pear blend with white pepper, leading to a finish that lingers and brings back the memory of your last ginger snap. Drink with chicken salad before it gets too cold for a picnic. Recommended. DH
This has a lovely floral nose, magnolia and roses, toffee, and the tiniest hint of petrol. On the palate it is off-dry, with very subtle creamy citrus, more key lime pie than key lime, moving toward apple on the mid-palate, all lightly-honeyed, with an acid background and bright citrus tartness around the edges. From start to finish a sweet nuttiness lingers very lightly under all the other flavors. The floral accents come alive again on the finish. Drink with baked clams. Highly Recommended.
Don't let the "dry" label mislead you—this is a very flavorful, food-friendly wine that shouldn't be kept just for warm weather. It’s good for snow as well as sun. A delicate nose with notes of citrus and baking spices leads to mineral, tart green apple and spicy mouth-filling flavors with a crisp finish. . Enjoy with a nutty, stronger blue cheese like Rogue Creamery's Smokey Blue and crostini, or alongside a fruit-based tart. Or heck, Grand Marnier French Toast with orange zest and chopped walnuts, if that's your fancy. At this price, keep a few bottles handy for (deserving) company.
Just a reminder that “kabinett” does not mean “dry.” Clear, medium lemon yellow in color. Clean aromas of pear, yellow apple, pungent floral, steel wool, wax, and some bandage (Brett). Not sure how I feel about it personally. On the palate it’s off-dry, medium-low acidity, medium body and finish; flavors of overripe peach, applesauce, and candied lemon. Pair with caramelized onion and Gruyère quiche.
