Castelion Blonde Bier de Garde

The color was yellow and cloudy, and it poured up with a very high fluffy head. This beer was very full-bodied. The flavor was a little yeasty and nutty, with very fresh hops. The finish had a touch of bitterness and lasted quite a long time.
