Blackberry, plum, and green pepper show on the nose. Blackberry shows on the palate as well, with some cassis and green pepper. Red fruit joins on the mid-palate, adding a raspberry zing. It is firm, and slightly angular. The touch of green is very typical for a Maipo Valley Cabernet. Drink with short ribs. Recommended. 87 points. DBH
