A lovely, perfumed nose opens with baked apples and white flowers. Apple and pear lead on the palate, with florals, minerality, and lively tropical fruit on the mid-palate and finish. Clean, crisp, and refreshing, this would pair beautifully with fried fresh-water catfish. Highly Recommended. 90 points. DBH
