The aroma of violets simply explodes out of the glass. The violet carries over to the palate, where it dances with raspberries,  powdery tannins, and hints of smoked meat. This is overwhelmingly floral, with lovely red fruit and interesting tertiary flavors. Drink with beef skewers with chimichurri sauce. Highly Recommended. 92 points. DBH
