A floral aroma is followed by a heady flavor of golden delicious apples through the palate and into the finish. A touch of earthiness lends authenticity without the astringency of an artisanal or completely natural product; it lacks the heat or bite of craft beers and ciders. This cider is very easy to drink, smooth with a tinge of crispness. Both the golden colored liquid in its clear bottle and the 5% alcohol are attractive.

WHO: Strongbow Hard Apple Ciders, H.P. Buhlmers, Ltd.
WHAT: Apples (with some with additives)
WHERE:  UK and Belgium
HOW MUCH: about $9 for sixpack of 11.2-oz bottles (media sample)
