Winner of Best White Wine in the Fifth Annual Palate Press Grand Tasting, this complex delicious wine has the stuffing to match up to any food pairing. The nose shows peach cobbler and coconut. The palate has pear, sweet pastry, marzipan, citrus and chalk, the last two lingering on the finish. Texture is creamy, acids are bright. Drink with scallops and lemon beurre blanc if you're feeling upscale, or match with fried chicken and eat it with your fingers. Highly Recommended. 94 points.
