2007 Munselle Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose shows red plums and raspberry, deep red fruits with a bit of candied effect. The palate shows blue fruits, blueberry and elderberry, paired with a high-toned red fruit tartness. Mint and espresso peek out from behind the fruit on the mid-palate. Tannins are aggressive and drying, with acids to match This needs a lot of time in the cellar or decanting followed by well-marbled top-quality steak. Highly Recommended (89-91). DH
