Lusciously sweet on the palate, medium-full to full body, medium acidity, and flavors of dried fruits, figs, prunes, honey, caramel, and sticky coffee candies; long, sweet finish. An absolute must with any blue veined cheeses or sticky toffee pudding. Recommended. RR
