Palate Press Wine of the Week: 2010 Youngberg Hill Aspen Pinot Gris Palate Press August 20, 2011 FCG, Palate Press Wine of the Week, Tasting Notes 1 Comment Clear, bright, medium intensity golden yellow. Aromas of tropical fruit inundate the nose: pineapple, mango, banana, and guava all blended together. Soft hints of ripe, juicy melons and pears that run down your chin when you bite them. On the palate there is definitely a little residual sugar, but medium-high acidity balances it nicely. Medium-full bodied, with tropical fruit driven flavors, honeysuckle, and sweet apples. Match with a mango chutney or pineapple galette. Highly recommended. Well I am based in the United Kingdom and I have noticed a substantial increase in what some would consider to be small and petty crime. These are crimes such as burglary and shoplifting. They may well seem petty to some people however for me and for the people and businesses who are affected they can be very distressing as well as frustrating. For the purposes of this article I am going to focus on business as I am a small business owner, and the increased and pressing need to secure our businesses against these criminals.
