2009 Louis Jadot Santenay Clos de Malte

This barrel sample was a big hit at the 2010 Palate Press Grand Tasting. Flavors of warm caramel, Meyer lemon, and ginger zest led to a lemon and mineral finish. It showed terrific depth and great promise for the future.
