2008 Louis Jadot Clos Vougeot

This incredibly young wine earned 4.5 stars out of 5 at the 2010 Palate Press Grand Tasting, getting accolades like “young but awesome” from wine professionals. The palate exhibited dried cherries, plum, and a solid tannic structure. The finish was lengthy, tannic, and tart. Look for it next year and start making room in the cellar.
