2007 Carmen Reserve Carménère-Cabernet Sauvignon

Slightly hot, red fruit aroma. Flavors of rich, red fruit, caramelized, along with light minerality and tannins on the palate. With an appealing, medium body, this is very pleasant to drink with a variety of beef dishes, such as fajitas with red peppers and onions, and pasta with tomato sauce.

WHO: Carmen
WHAT: Carménère (60 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (40 %)
WHERE: Maipo Valley, Chile
WHEN: 2007
