These two wines are true TBA’s. Only single 100% noble rot dried berries made it into these two wines, crushed by foot and left to soak in their sugars overnight. Gently pressed the following day. These two wines represent the pinnacle of our late harvest production and serve as fine examples of the quality coming out of the Finger Lakes. Thank you for your bids.
