Awesome suggestion to try the Zin91 it’s a great wine especially with spicy food! However, I didn’t think it was a vinum cellars wine I thought it was an Opici wine? Maybe I missed something. Regardless, great suggestions and recipes!

I love this; I’m just starting to add wine recommendations to my posts and think it adds so much. Food sounds wonderful (and I’m going to a chili cookoff for Super Bowl) AND I’ve had the Joel Gott Zinfandel at a wine tasting I hosted so I know it’s good!

I’m not a fan of football but I love chili!! This looks absolutely delicious. The writing is nice and to the point and the wine/food pairing, an absolute winner!
