2008 Casa Silva Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

The favorite Sauvignon Blanc from the first Palate Press Grand Tasting, this was described as “good sauv blanc with grapefruit, grassiness, good but not overwhelming acid and a nice finish,” and “not overdone, with nice chalkiness on palate.” This is a well-balanced bottle of wine. Pair it with a dinner salad with greens and chicken.
