A big alcohol, big fruit Zinfandel, “medium ruby color, day bright, medium concentration with a nose of ripe ‘craizins,’ red berry compote, and drunken cherries. It is full bodied with ripe moderate tannins.” Pair this with beef ribs smothered in barbecue sauce.
