A very dry rose with light flavors of tart red fruit, rhubarb and dried strawberries. It showed some spice and depth on the mid-palate before a slightly bitter, but clean, finish. A good choice for Thanksgiving, matching well with turkey and dressing and appealing across a broad range of palates.
