Great overview on the incubators. Thank you for bringing this location in Walla Walla to the attention of your readers. It's truly unique. One tiny correction: We don't actually share a common crush pad. Each winery has it's own separate crush pad and is fully self-contained. Although it might appear to make for better efficiencies, in actuality it's probably much better this way. I can only imagine the confusion and chaos of five wineries trying to crush in a common area. This way, we can all take it at our own pace and not be on top of one another. If only the architects had made those crush pads twice as big and covered them - now would be cool!
