I do try to enjoy every style of wine I can for it&#039;s individual and distinctive reasons - even if it&#039;s not something I&#039;d drink or necessarily enjoy everyday.  Riesling is one of those varieties, maybe only thee variety, that can express its characteristics so clearly and never be confused with anything else.  This alone is something to be happy about as a wine enthusiast.  Yes, petrol caused by TDN is an acquired (or maybe never quite acquired) taste, but I still like it for what it is.

Evan&#039;s stages are awesome and I think I am at the beginning of stage 3, but doubt I&#039;ll ever completely embrace stage 4, but it doesn&#039;t mean I hate Riesling.</description>
