If I have a criticism, it is that Neprica doesn't taste particularly Italian to me. I don't get that Italianate bitterness on the finish that I expect from these wines. Of course, that might make it a good "gateway" wine for anyone new to the wines of the region. Just a short step from here to Salice Salentino, folks! PS: Tormaresca also has a chardonnay out under the same label. It's not bad at all.
