HomeTasting Notes2007 La Posta Cocina Blend Thea Dwelle October 15, 2009 Tasting Notes 1 Comment The Cocina Blend is literally “The Kitchen Blend”, almost everything but the kitchen sink in theory. I tasted this as a media tasting presented by VineConnections, a local importer that specialized in Argentinian wines. Bonarda what Argentina calls Charbano, adds a nice dark back bone. Run out and buy this wine right now! It was dark and inky, with lots of pepper and spice, with a fig and plum finish touched with smoke. There were lots of blackberries, vanilla, and a chewy structure. It had a kiss of oak and vanilla, after being aged in 20% new Oak (70% French, 30% American) for 10 months. This is a steal. WHO La Posta WHAT Cocina Blend – 60 % Malbec – 20% Syrah – 20% Bonarda WHERE 40% La Consulta – 40 % Altamira – 20 % Vista Flores, Argentina WHEN 2007 HOW MUCH $18.00 http://www.kewego.es/video/iLyROoafZv1C.html tarot por telefono muy buen articulo sobre conina….mas articulos porfavor!!
