Remy Charest is a member of the Editorial Board, and a Contributing Editor, for PALATE PRESS: The Online Wine Magazine, where he focuses on wine stories from Canada.

Rémy has been writing about wine and food for over ten years, now, and loves just about everything about all that tasty stuff. New flavours and evolutions in the wine world always seem to pop up and generate more questions and curiosity on his part. He currently works as a production editor at Le Soleil, a Quebec City daily.

Being rather bilingual, Rémy publishes blogs in two languages, The Wine Case and a French-language blog on wine, À chacun sa bouteille, which isn’t just a translation of The Wine Case.
